Ĉiunokte Olivia enlitiĝas je la dek-unua kaj tridek. Plaĉas al ŝiaj multaj katoj dormi sur la lito kun ŝi. Ŝi ekdormas rapide kaj neniam havas koŝmarojn. Ĉiumatene ŝi vekiĝas je la sesa kaj tridek, sed ŝi ne ellitiĝas ĝis la sepa horo. Ŝi eniras la banejon, kie ŝi brosas al si la dentojn kaj rigardas sin en la spegulo. Iujn tagojn ŝi havas banon, sed kutime ŝi duŝas sin ĉar estas pli rapide kaj ĉar Olivia sentas sin pli pura. Post la duŝo (aŭ bano), Olivia kombas al si la harojn kaj sekigas al si la harojn. Ŝi vestas sin kaj tiam marŝas al la kuirejo, kie ŝi sidiĝas, trinkas kafeon, matenmanĝas kaj legas la ĵurnalon dum dek kvin minutoj. Tiam ŝi ekiras al la laboro.

Every night Olivia goes to bed at eleven-thirty. Her many cats like to sleep on the bed with her. She falls asleep quickly and never has nightmares. Every morning she wakes up at six-thirty, but she doesn’t get up until seven o’clock. She enters the bathroom, where she brushes her teeth and looks at herself in the mirror. Some days she takes a bath, but usually she takes a shower because it’s faster and because Olivia feels cleaner. After the shower (or bath), Olivia combs her hair and dries her hair. She gets dressed and then walks to the kitchen where she sits down, drinks coffee, eats breakfast and reads the newspaper for fifteen minutes. Then she goes off to work.
